A couple of days ago, on my way home, I came across this beautiful rose:
Niitä oli itse asiassa enemmänkin.
There were more of them, actually.
As I was walking, I started to check out the flowers around me.
Siitä se ajatus sitten lähti. Marssin lähimpään kukkakauppaan ja ostin ranskalaiselle parvekkeelleni (ranskalainen parveke on minun tällä hetkellä, mutta pian se voi olla tulevan kämppikseni) tällaisen pienen eliön:
Then I had a great idea. A marched into the nearest shop that sells plants and I bought this little creature to put on my french balcony (which is mine only for now, we'll see who get's it when my flatmate gets back):
Kieltämättä tämä neilikka (?) on hieman vaatimaton tuossa nököttäessään, pitäisi kai jotenkin ripustaa se kiinni tuohon ristikkoon... Toivottavasti voin pitää sitä ulkona vielä pari kuukautta. Minä ja neilikka yhdessä syksyä vastaan!
She's looking a little humble there, sitting on the cold stone. I should probably somehow try to hang her up on the iron grid... I hope I can still keep her outdoors for a couple of months. Me and my flower against the autumn!
